Why is Sarjpura is a better place for living in Bangalore

Sarjapura is a border town in East Bangalore. Tamil Nadu border is only 5km from the town. There are a number of apartments and villas in this area between Gunjur to Attibele road and Dommasandra to Tamilnadu border. I am staying near Dommasandra for last five year. Me, my family anFollowing are the reasons why a nature lover like me would recommend this place.

1. Away from the polluted Bangalore. No Air pollution, No Noise pollution. Yes Sarapura is 38 KM far from Majestic. Outer ring road (Bellandur ) - the crowded city limit is 14KM away as a result there is far less pollution and mess compared to city. You get a better air to breath. In the morning you are not woken up by Honking but sweet chirping of birds. You daily drive 10 or 15  min more but the benefits are incomparable to this small overhead.

2. Good Reachability to  major IT hubs. Electronic city (16Km - 40 min drive), Koramngala [the startup hub] (18 km - 40 min drive), ITPL (17KM - 40 min drive), Marathahalli (17 km - 40 min drive). Outer ring road (14 km - 30 min drive). This stats is as of today Feb 2016. As the city expands the traffic is also increasing. I can see a significant increase in last two year in the time taken to reach these IT hubs because of increased traffic

3. Nature living - Like fresh air, you get fresh milk and fresh vegetables from near by fields. You end you spending less money and consuming less chemicals

4. Enjoy old Bangalore climate- Yes The temperature is 1 to 2 degree less than that of city at times. While riding a bike, once you cross the caramelarm fly over you can feel the temperature difference.

5. Good number of quality schools - Your children dont have to travel in the polluted city. Many good schools are with in 10km range.

6. If you like trekking and exploring then you will enjoy, there a number for forest areas and isolated area near by. A number of flower fields as well. Go for a walk or cycling you will realize how beautiful this area is.

7. Cost effective. Flats are relatively cheaper here. Flats are available for rates starting from 2000 per sqft to 4500 per sqft. Even villa project are available from 55 lakhs.

So if you belong to any of the following category, sarjapura will be a good destination for you
1. Loves nature
2. Want to be away from the polluted city
3. Looking for cost effective investment
4. Want to live  healthy life
